Is this forum stop paying?

It has been 15 days yet i have not received my payment from bitcoindiscussion forum.I send few sms to them but no reply. What is your opinion about this issue?

You have to wait another 15 days because may admin is busy this days or pay once a month and if no reply means that forum stops paying

Bitcoin transaction fee is too big, more than $ 10000 for sending Bitcoin small amount, I hope BDF admin can use Expresscrypto or FaucetPay, so the fee will be smaller. If the Admin is online you will be paid immediately.
