Because you can trade 3000 satoshis to litecoin then cashout to payeer as simple as that. As FaucetPay offers exchange bitcoin to any altcoin. Additionnally, you may cashout to Uphold then to your bank account because Uphold offers Litecoin or BTC deposit from faucetpay to USD account.
